There may be an issue with the Recorder that was caused during an upgrade.
To resolve the issue, do the following:
- Uninstall the Dynatrace Recorder (using Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall or change a program).
- Delete the files in the following locations:
- Download and install the latest version of the Recorder.
