As of March 2016, the Web Recorder is available in the Dynatrace Portal. You must open the Portal in the Chrome browser to use the Web Recorder. It is supported on all platforms where the Chrome browser can run. For more information, see in the documentation.
Although the Dynatrace Recorder currently only runs under the Windows operating system, some customers have successfully run the Recorder if they have Windows installed on the Mac, either in dual-boot mode or using Parallels.
There are no currently known issues with running the Dynatrace Recorder under Windows on a Mac, but it is only supported on Windows machines.
