This error generally occurs when the installation of the Mobile components did not complete correctly.
To correct the problem:
- Uninstall the Dynatrace Recorder completely.
Use Add/Remove Programs in Windows.
- Download a new copy of the Dynatrace Recorder installer.
- Run the installer as a Windows Administrator.
In some cases, Administrator privileges are required for the installer to run correctly.
