• Dynatrace Recorder



After upgrading from an older version of the Dynatrace Recorder, an error occurs when attempting to record Mobile scripts.


This error generally occurs when the installation of the Mobile components did not complete correctly.

To correct the problem:

  1. Uninstall the Dynatrace Recorder completely.
    Use Add/Remove Programs in Windows.
  2. Download a new copy of the Dynatrace Recorder installer.
  3. Run the installer as a Windows Administrator.
    In some cases, Administrator privileges are required for the installer to run correctly.
