I forgot my Dynatrace Portal password, so I tried using the Forgot password form. However, I never received the reset email.
Check your junk mail folder, or check with your network administrator to see if the email was blocked.
If you are unable to receive the "Forgot password" email:
Ask the Primary user for your account to configure your user account to use an alternate email address, and to send a "Reset Password" email to that address. When you are able to log in, you can change the email address back.
