Symptoms

Unable to replace existing Dynatrace Recorder script.

Solution

To replace a script in the Dynatrace Portal by uploading a script from the Recorder, your account must have a user with the Account Primary role.

If the Account Primary user does not exist in the account, the Account Admin users do not have the privilege to replace the script.

Root Cause

The account does not have the Account Primary user.
