Symptoms

When running an Instant Test against a particular node, I receive an error message or blank response.

Solution

If you receive an error message or blank response when running an Instant Test against a node in the Dynatrace Portal (http://portal.dynatrace.com), contact Customer Support.

Root Cause

In extreme circumstances, the Instant Test job may require a restart on the node itself.  Customer Support will investigate the issue and escalate to our Network Operations Center as necessary.
