Right-click the grid or an Agent Manager to access the context menu:
Select Add or type
[Ctrl-N] to add an
Agent Manager. For more information, see Adding an Agent Manager.
Select Open or type
[Ctrl-O] (the letter O) to edit the selected
Agent Manager. For more information, see Modifying an Agent Manager.
Select Delete to delete the selected Agent Manager. When prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes, or cancel the deletion by clicking No. For more information, see Deleting an Agent Manager.
Select View Health to view the Agent Manager Health report. For more information, see Agent Manager Health Summary.
View Error History
Select View Error History to view the Agent Manager Error History report. For more information, see Agent Manager Error History.
Select Reset Errors to reset Agent Manager error history.
Connect to Agent Manager
Select this option and enter the credentials to access the Agent Manager machine. This option is only available if you are not using Remote Desktop to connect to the Agent Manager remotely. For more information, see Connecting to an Agent Manager.
Set as Default
Select Set as Default to set the selected Agent Manager as the default. This option is enabled when an Agent Manager other than the current default Agent Manager is selected. Any recently added Agents will automatically be assigned to the default Agent Manager. For more information, see Setting the Default Agent Manager.
Click Purge Data to purge the data in the database for the selected Agent Manager. For more information, see Purging Data from the Database.
Apply Agent Software Update
Select Apply Agent Software Update to deploy an installer or patch to update the Agents to the level of the Agent Manager. This option is enabled when one or more selected Agents is running a build less than that of the Agent Manager. For more information, see Applying an Automatic Software Update.
Select Refresh to update the display with the latest data from the database. For more information, see Refreshing the Display.
