Enterprise Synthetic Console Reporting

In the Enterprise Synthetic Console, you can view health and error reports that display the status of your Agents, Agent Managers, and tasks running on each of the Agents.

The Health Monitoring view in the Enterprise Synthetic Console provides a dashboard view of the status of your Agents, Agent Managers, and tasks running on each of the Agents.

The following reports, which provide complete health status and error details, are also available in the Console:

  • Agent Health Summary

  • Agent Error History

  • Agent Manager Health Summary

  • Agent Manager Error History

  • Script Health Report

  • Script Error History

  • Transaction Health Report

  • Transaction List

Note:

Icon
If the Agent's option Enable secure communication is enabled (this option is found on the Agent or Agent Profile General tab), these reports are not available.

Integrated End User Experience (EUE) CAS Reporting

Integrated EUE reporting provides a consolidated view of DC RUM data, Enterprise Synthetic data, and Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring data. These reports are available in the CAS, Dynatrace Enterprise Portal, and APM mobile app provided that Enterprise Synthetic is integrated with these products.
