 28 June 2018 at 10:00 EDT28 June 2018 at 11:00 EDTCompleted

On Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 10:00 EDT, we will be transferring our ISP provider from Copenhagen TDC to Copenhagen Global Connect. A new IP address will be assigned. If you are whitelisting the current Copenhagen location, please be sure to update your records.  The new IP address is 194.182.0.10.

The customer impact with this move is expected to be approximately 4 hours. Some common questions during this type of activity are

Will my tests be moved automatically to alternative locations?
Automatic test migration is done when we move a node to a new data center.

Do I need to adjust my alerts?
Alerts will continue to operate. Alerts that are based on a % of nodes may need manual adjustment to compensate for a reduction in available nodes for those alerts.

Will my data still be available?
Yes. Tests will remain active, but will be moved to the new location. Data will remain available as per our data retention policy (up to 45 days for object-level data, 14 months for test/page level data). Ref: CMR-4002
