If a Benchmark test is chartable, but not displaying data, this indicates that the test is currently encountering some type of scripting or login issue. Once the script issue has been resolved, data will again begin collecting and the results of the test will be visible. Please feel free to contact APM Support to have this issue escalated to the Professional Services team.

If the Benchmark test is not chartable and is no longer appearing on the Public Benchmarks page, it is likely that the test has been removed from the Benchmark and is no longer available.
APM Support can investigate further and provide more information on specific Benchmark tests if you have any questions.
