As part of the ongoing integration of the dynaTrace products and services into Compuware, we have migrated your open and archived cases into the Compuware Customer Support case management system. In order to continue working with us on your existing and new cases related to the dynaTrace product line, you must establish an account on go.compuware.com. We sent you an email detailing how to register, including your company’s client number. If you don’t have that email, you’ll find the registration page at http://go.compuware.com/login/register.aspx

If you have any difficulty registering for an account on “go,” please send an email to apmsupport@compuware.com and we will assist you promptly.

Please note we are working on a single sign on mechanism to reduce the number of logins required to move between our customer sites (forums, support cases, etc). Please stay tuned for more information on this in in the coming months!
