Describe the problem, from the user perspective

How does the GPN calculate values in the Difference column in Response Time Alerts?

Clearly list the Steps to resolve the issue

When a Response Time Alert is configured with Dynamic thresholds, the Difference column of the Alert Details is the difference between the Initial Test (sec) and the Historical Average (sec).

When the test threshold warning and severe levels are set in seconds, the Difference column is displayed in seconds. The following formula is used to determine the Difference; x is the Initial Test (sec) time and y is the Historical Average (sec) time.

y - x

When the test threshold warning and severe levels are set as a percentage, the difference column is displayed as a percentage. The following formula is used to determine the Difference; x is the Initial Test (sec) time and y is the Historical Average (sec) time.

( ( x - y ) / y ) * 100
