To create a new Knowledge Base article:

  1. Go to the appropriate parent page (KB category).
  2. Click Create at the top right corner of the page.
  3. In the Create dialog box, select the Dynatrace Synthetic Knowledge Template and click Create.

Go to the INTERNAL Dynatrace Synthetic Articles section of this Knowledge Base to create a new INTERNAL article.

  • Go to the category page (listed below) before creating the new article page, to make sure the internal article is created in the correct location and is visible only to employees.
  • Begin the article title with INTERNAL to clearly identify it as such.
