We have to change the default fold "/" to another one.

Open dynatrace client, double click the system profile, and enter into "User Experience".
Change the JavaScript Agent -> Agent location

Note the underlying reason for the problem

In many customer's system, because of permission reason, the default folder "/" for dynatrace agent cannot be accessed.
