You can get the machine name in the Dynatrace Classic Portal. You must have an admin-level profile to view this information.

Clearly list the Steps to resolve the issue

  1. Select Admin to display the My Settings page. 
  2. In the Synthetic Monitoring section, clickView Mobile Location to display the Mobile Locations page.
  3. Click View mobile location characteristics.

A machine name like "GMNIADMA06" indicates a PC simulating a mobile device.
