RESPONSE_HEADERS_TRUNCATED 15200

If the error message is

{ ErrorCode : 15200, ErrorMessage : 'ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED' }

the likely cause is that your HTTP request's headers claim that the content is gzip encoded, but it isn't. Turn off the gzip encoding setting or make sure the content is in fact encoded.
