For us, AI isn’t a future concept — it’s in production, shaping user experiences, triggering alerts, and showing up in incident calls.

That’s why we created this forum: a shared space to learn how to use AI more effectively in our daily work. Previously scattered, the AI-related discussions now come together in a shared context.

What is this forum for?

A practical space focused on AI observability and Dynatrace AI capabilities, with an emphasis on real-world usage, operational impact, and lessons learned. We will discuss:

Dynatrace Assist and Dynatrace Intelligence
Agentic AI and autonomous agents — when they help, and when they don’t
Standards like MCP, tools like dtctl, etc.
Patterns, pitfalls, experiments, concerns, and open questions

Whether you’re already building with AI, operating systems, or just trying to understand how it fits into your role, this is the place to compare notes and learn together. AI is moving fast — but this is a space where we support each other and build understanding as a community.
