I am having the same issue. Says the prompt that is generated by dynatrace is not a valid question

Seems sporadic. I tried on different problems and worked on some then not others. Tried on one problem and it worked then tried again, then it didn't work

This looks like a bug. I was able to reproduce the same behavior in the Dynatrace demo environment.

support found issue and fixed it. I tested it so far and have not had any issues
