Clarification on Rest API calls audit being turned off

I am hoping I misunderstood that API auditing will be turned off in 1.226. If not, will the API writes/updates are audited and reads are ignored?

Critical issue: To avoid high Cassandra Database loads, REST API calls are no longer audited. (APM-321322)

How are company’s who are sensitive reads & update track changes?

Hy Raj!

Auditing of REST API calls is a new feature which was enabled in 1.224, but we had to disable it again due to too high loads on the Cassandra Database.

So there is no change in existing auditing.
