x-dtreferer CORS Issue

Setting dpch=1 in dynatrace settings does solve this x-dtpc header cors issue, but we are getting another header named x-dtreferer causing this same cors issue now.

If this is a troubleshooting question, we may require additional information in reference to how things were set up, along with what the issue is.
