Unfortunately no. To create API token you need proper permissions, so you have to do it after sign in. There is no option to create new token while having another one.

There will be the possibility soon (next release around 2 weeks from now) by using the new token API endpoint. You have to create a primary token and can use this token to generate or rotate any token with variable access scopes within your automation scripts. Same token API is then also available on your cluster level for all Dynatrace Managed customers that have full control of their Dynatrace cluster.
