Your solution of saying I need this to be between 6 and 10 contradicts your first goal, however, If I understand you correctly, your problem should start above 6 already. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In that case what I would do is create two custom alerts, one for the 6 and one for the 10, but use the alerting profiles filtering to decide which event should be sent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having said all of that, I'm not sure I know of a way to only send recovery notifications.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gil.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the need to create an alert around thresholds and a count. Is there a way to have an alert that triggers for one threshold count, but recovers for another?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example, if 0 is ideal - I want an alert when a count is &amp;gt;10, but I want the recovery at &amp;lt;6. In custom alerting, my only option is above or below (no between) and no ability to add rules.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
