      <description>&lt;P&gt;Process unavailable alerts are triggered but it closes the problem immediately but the problem still persists  &lt;BR /&gt;Because of this , my webhook will not send any notification. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem getting close within 30 sec but actual problems still persist when I go inside. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My entire problem closed within 30 or 40 minutes .. it auto resolved but all the problems still persist. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me, it's a bit urgent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
