You can create a rule in Outlook to move resolved problem emails to a folder outside of your inbox, and a rule to copy open problems to a folder outside of your inbox. This will make it easier to focus on the open problems quickly and easily.

In outlook it may be hard, but there are special tools like ServiceNow or Pagers Duty that can be connected to dynatrace and help you with it. You can use as well dynatrace mobile app (ios and android). If you have SaaS you will have it working out of the box, for managed you need Cluster ActiveGate with public endpoint.

Sebastian
