Hello,

is Dynatrace writing a LOG containing all the Problems raised by the product? It would be good as way to get the notification about new problems instead of using active notification (Read this log instead of configure the product to send an e-mail or a custom notification).

Thanks,

Hi Davide,

You could use the problems API to get a list of all the problems.

Much more dynamic than reading from a file, plus you can add filters.

https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/api-problems-v2-get-list

Hope that helps.
