Reason why Problem changed from "Open" to "Close"

In our customer's system, IIS packet retransmission rate jumped to 67%, and Dynatrace opened Problem. The packet retransmission rate dropped slightly, but a high retransmission rate of 56% continued. However, Dynatrace has closed the Problem. I want to know why Dynatarce closed Problem.

Could you check if the default threshold for packet retransmission events was overwritten by a configuration. See below:
