      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you provide more info? You can always change thresholds for failure rate for particular services but it is not recommended in most cases (you loos baselining on this metric). How long Dynatrace is working on this environment? It is learning so after few days this problem may be not raising (if it is common)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sebastian&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A rel="user" href="https://answers.dynatrace.com/users/37065/view.html" nodeid="37065"&gt;@Infra C.&lt;/A&gt;, If this is a brand new instance of Dynatrace, I would recommend "letting it bake" for a week or two. Dynatrace's AI Engine, DAVIS, will start to baseline and correlate issues. After letting the system bake, you can then review any new failure rate alerts and if needed, you can set custom thresholds. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if you need any assistance with this. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Chad&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
