    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have generated a problem ticket for server down and want to capture host name only as impacted entity field in payload .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to capture host name in problemdetails place holder but so many other values are also coming , moogsoft team is finding difficult to pick host name from problemdetails place holder value.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in impacted entity , I am getting below value. no impacted host name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"ImpactedEntity": "2 infrastructure problems on 2 Infrastructure components",&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could anyone please tell me how can I capture only host name in place holder ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ravi&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ravi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the output of  {ImpactedEntities}? Looking through the example in the documentation page it looks like this placeholder should have the "entity name" or hostname that you are looking for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know what the output of this is once you give it a try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Dallas&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A rel="user" href="https://answers.dynatrace.com/users/32422/view.html" nodeid="32422"&gt;@Ravi K.&lt;/A&gt; We had a similar issue with problem notifications. The problem is that there is no place holder that will always report the host host of the issue. This is evident when a process or service on a host causes a problem card. The best way around this is to create a  Custom naming rule for services and processes. We have a published use case that shows a bit of this.
