Receive alert via Mobile feature

Hi All , What is required to setup "receive the alerts on Mobile feature" on DT Mangage in on Premise Solution.We are in process of setting Public Gateway security in DMZ but not sure if it will help to work above feature. Currently if we use the feature we are getting internal IP of the server in shared link which is not helpful if user is coming from internet.

As far as I know it communicates on the internal IP addresses, not using the public security gw. At least this was true when this feature was introduced.

Hi Julius Thanks for your update . Mobile users will come most of the time from outside network . They will not able to use this feature in that case . Please share yours input how to make it work for outsider user who will come from internet.
