You can set up multiple email integrations and assign different alerting profiles. Based on what custom alert information you would like to perform the routing? Or in other words what is the exact use-case you would like to implement?

For ex: Alert RAM usage with Threshold X-Value to specific group and Threshold Y-Value to other specific group.

So a filter on custom alert title would be sufficient? As you can define different titles for those two custom alert thresholds that would work out.
