Notifications on Dynatrace server logs

Dears,

where can I find the messages on DT server logs like : "Please update your Cluster ActiveGate to get the latest features and security improvements." or "there is a process that need restart to get full visibility"

or is it possible to configure an alert profile to send these message by email?

With the new Dynatrace Hub, we have expressed the need for a feature to alert you when a new update is available. Much like the Apple App Store or the Play Store. It would be nice if there was a post or location where we could share ideas/expectations for the new hub as it is being developed.
