&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not sure sure if high or low number of percentage is effecting the sensitivity here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;i.e. if we want this anomaly detection rule to be less sensitivity should we put 1% or 99% - can any one helps with explanation?&lt;/P&gt;
