Detect unexpected low load sensitivity

Hi guys,

Not sure sure if high or low number of percentage is effecting the sensitivity here:

i.e. if we want this anomaly detection rule to be less sensitivity should we put 1% or 99% - can any one helps with explanation?

Yos,

The lower the values the less chance you'll get alerted.

Need quick understanding on Load drop alerts.

If baseline or expected service load is 100/min and threshold for load drop margin is set to 15% of baseline, then alert will trigger if load is less than 85/min or 15/min?
