You can either end up making more alerting profile or even fine tune the threshold . No other way i can figure now.

Exclude Specific Resource Problem Events from Dynatrace Alerting

Summary: This post explains how to exclude certain problem events from alerting using alerting profiles or rule‑based filtering. It outlines what can be filtered and the current limitations.

I am also facing the same problem. I have defined a custom event for alerting on a service for response time monitoring. But whenever it triggers, it also sends a notification to all other alerting profiles because it has some common tags. What I tried to do was to add an event filter to all remaining alerting profiles that I want to ignore. For that, I denied like -> "Custom: Title does not contain 'Americas US [Microservice] subscriptions [P2 QA]'". But that did not work for me. There are only two options that come in the drop-down: custom and predefined, and both are useless for me, it seems.

Please suggest what I should do now. I don't want a management-zone-related solution. I want a small fix for a small problem like this.
