Hi @Guido, alerting profiles are set up based on severity level, split by Availability, Custom, Error, Monitoring unavailable, Resource, or Slowdown. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use impact levels in the rules.

With some configuration, it would be possible to set up an alert profile that still covers those only - to do that, you'd have to add all the relevant severity levels and then also make use of event filters, either predefined or custom.

Hello everyone,

we would like to create a problem alerting profile that filters by ImapctLevel. For example, that only notifications for impactlevels of type Infrastructure are sent. Is this possible?

Best regards,

Guido
