Apologies, I just noticed your reply.

We're sharing a inbox with several colleagues on different timezones and it sometimes happens that someone will mark as read one of the notifications. I want to make sure some of our most important monitorings are clearly re-notifying our team on a regular basis in case of error, and not just once.

Hi,

I'm setting up several tests (browser monitor in Synthetic) and instead of having an "open" problem when there is a failed test, I would like to receive an email for each fail.

Example: I test customer login every 15 minutes

Current behaviour: upon fail, I receive 1 email with Open Problem. I will receive another Resolved email when the test with succeed.

Expected: receive a new email every 15 minutes when the test fails.

I haven't been able to find a way to do this, or documentation on how to. Thank you

@edesabarbaro,

IMHO, I believe you should take a look first at how you are managing alerts. It is overkill for you to receive an email for each failure, for that reason.
