      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi Team, we have configured RUM for most of our applications. jsut wanted to know if dynatrace has capability to trigger slack alerts based on errors in user sessions(RUM)?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/51242"&gt;@Balamurugesh&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Short answer: yes, it does!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically, you can setup a &lt;A href="https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/set-up-slack-integration" target="_self"&gt;Slack integration&lt;/A&gt; based on any Alerting Profile:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2023-02-23 at 17.47.02.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/10092iCC30E1539C8CB099/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot 2023-02-23 at 17.47.02.png" alt="Screenshot 2023-02-23 at 17.47.02.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And you can setup an &lt;A href="https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/alerting-profiles" target="_self"&gt;Alerting Profile&lt;/A&gt; containing only problems related to Errors on Application:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2023-02-23 at 17.40.56.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/10091i3AFB5AED4C03FE8F/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot 2023-02-23 at 17.40.56.png" alt="Screenshot 2023-02-23 at 17.40.56.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As there isn't (at least, not that I know of) any way to filter Impact Level on an Alerting Problem (to only alert on problems on the Application impact level), they way to do it (as pointed out by my second arrow) is through tags.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to tag all Applications (at least, all the ones you want to be alerted on Slack) with that tag.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An advantage of this approach is that you can tag Web Applications, Mobile Applications, Custom Applications and even Synthetics with it, and they will be accounted for on this Alerting Profile and, as such, be present on Slack alerts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
