Resolutions to the raised problems

Hi Team,

Could you please let me know whether Dynatrace provides a resolution to the raised problems which it raise. If yes please let me know.

I have this client, who wants a resolution or recommended resolution to the Dynatrace problem. We have provided root cause analysis but that is not useful to the apps team.

Appreciate any help here.

Hi @Harmera, not quite yet. Dynatrace correlation of several incidents helps to find a root cause easily but the steps towards resolution relies in the team itself.

Hi,

Dynatrace does not provide information on how to fix a problem (in the sense of what parameters to change, logic in the code, etc). It provides us with a mass of diagnostic information and the root cause of the problem.
