Hi,

Can anyone please let me know what does "process group low instance count" alerts mean?

It seems you have an active process group availability rule. If you need more processes to ensure the service level for the customers you can set up a process group availabilty rules. Eg. you have 4 processes which ones provide the same servcies but minimum 2 of them should be work to serve your clinets without any perfromance issues.
