Hey,

Is it possible to create an Alerting profile and trigger alert based on application business hours (ex: 9 AM to 6 PM)

Hi,

I would say creating a recurring maintenace window, and include all entities/severities covered by alerting profile.

HI AntonPineiro,

Once a maintenance window is defined, Dynatrace automatically excludes the configured time period from baseline calculations. It might have an impact on actual monitoring.

My requirement is to disable specific alerting profiles during off business hours

I don't recall there being an option for such a configuration in Maintenace Window in Dynatrace. What comes to mind is using the API to enable and disable the alerting profile - this would require a simple script run by cron.
