Try explaining the use case in Product Ideas, I think equals and not equals cases should be added and it could be valuable to have those options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Metric event: value is not equal to</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;While configuring the metric events, we can choose if the metric value is above or below a particular threshold.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a way or is there a plan to include a single condition - say- value is not equal to?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To give an example - if the value is always 1, an alert needs to be generated if the value goes to 2 or falls to 0. Instead of having two metric events for each case above and below the threshold, is there a way we can just use "if the threshold is not a particular value"?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the new UI, this can be possible through workflows, I believe, but in case migration to the new platform isn't possible, or in the case of managed customers, how do we go about setting this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a way this can be achieved with a single metric event, or is this suitable as a product idea?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
