      <title>Adding the current metric value to the email body description in a custom event metric alert</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So basically I want to get the current metric value when the static threshold is exceed in a custom metric event, in the body of the email alert. Ik there are placeholders that we can use but I wasn't able to find anything for the current value. Can someone please help out?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That is precisely what I did, but I'm unable to get the metric value in the email.
