SLO metric is under target but no problem or alerts are generated

Hello

I created an SLO with specific target and warning value.

As showed in image bellow, the status is under target value but no problem was created and no alert are trigered.

What could be the reason behind that?

Have you created alerts for your SLO? Here is how: https://docs.dynatrace.com/managed/shortlink/service-level-objectives#alerts

Problems related to SLO are filtered by entities used to calculate your SLO (f.e. tagged services).

Thank you @rastislav_danis in fact the metric I used in SLO is expected to generate an alert when it is equal to zero, but the situation is , its default value is null not Zero.

I fixed the situation by setting the default value to Zero whenever the metric is evaluated to null.
