topic Dynatrace Alerts in Alerting

Hi, I'm observing a strange issue with Dynatrace monitoring on the severs, we see the events are detected on DTONE an hour ago or so , but we are receiving the alerts/incidents from DTOne very late .

this is happening for all servers on our application, can anyone advise how can this happen ?

Example link provided below, we see event was detected on Dtone at 14:54 but the alert was generated at 17:13 IST

hi there, I would suggest you review the configuration of your Alerting Profiles that are being used to send Problem notifications. Because you may have a Delay configured for some types of events or severities.

This may cause the delay between problem detected in Dynatrace and problem alert being sent.

Also, double check the Timezone configuration for the account and environment if you have any Maintenance windows configured, as they may also pause the alerts.

Best regards,

Jose.
