Hi,

You can achieve it in several ways. One is via email if you are sending to a carrier with a SMS gateway. A better approach might be to use Twilio and observe Twilio's post on sending/receiving SMS via email.

I suggest watch the integrations space, for it might be something native in the future.

Also, be aware there is the dynatrace app on iOS and Google Play.

Hello,

we are working on it with our customer. They have SMS gateway and the way we solved it that the sms gateway is configured to receive the email subject must contain only the MSISDN where the sms must be sent. In Dynatrace You set the notification so the email address is the sms gatway's address. And that's it. Also if you need to change the MSISDN frequently we created an API call for it
