Hi Team, we're trying to create email alert for the synthetic monitors. I know below placeholders are the available placeholder for the alert subject and body:

However, we want to add the actual URL of the synthetic monitor into Email Alert subject. Does anyone has any other solution for it?

Hi,

I think you do not have a direct placeholder for that but maybe you can add URL as a tag. Then, when you add {Tags} placeholder, it is going to content that information, and I would be visible in your ITSM.

Thank you for your suggestion. Actually, our customer want to know the URL of the affected synthetic monitor's. But I'm not able to see the related placeholder of this URL. So there isn't any other way to implement it, am I right?
