I would look to create a tag based off the needed construct. SO if you have HGs, you could use that, or ownerships etc..

Hi, I'm trying to classify my Dynatrace alerts to the right service on Pager Duty.

I know there is an option with tags but I have a domain with 30+ different services, it meant that I need to create a 30 different tags and 30 different problem notification integration? Thanks in advance.

So you most likely have a single alert integration with PD right? I'm not too sure what is passed in that integration but I would assume tags etc are all passed. What is your overall goal with Pager Duty? you stated that you want them to go to the right service in Pager duty, is that the Dynatrace Detected Service name, or is this a Service isolated to PD?

@ChadTurner Yes, I have a single integration. I created a tag with 30 microservices and all sent to this integration. As I know, If I want to send every micro service to a different service in Pager Duty, I need to create 30 different tags and 30 different integrations.

My goal with pager duty is to monitor the health of the system by monitoring the number of alerts of every service and the relations and dependencies between the services themselves. That will help me to easly find pain points and route the resources there.
