      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/43718"&gt;@jmmatia1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you are correct. Reason being is that the metrics reside in their given tenants. For example If you have EasyTravel and NotSoEasyTravel, Alerts will be defined at each tenant level. If you make a Single Pane of Glass/Communal dashboard, its only ingesting the values in, and not formulating as a metric per say in the dashboarded environment. The function only allows you to see data across tenants but the power of alerting would always reside in the metric origin tenant.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
