hi team,

i have a question about unexpected low load, our customer get notification low load problem every morning, can we set up or filter on every morning so they didnt receive notification problem from unexpected low load ?

Hello!

Yes, you can set up a Maintenance Window each morning to stop the generation of this alerts. In the Maintenance Window you need to specify the exact Services or Applications that ypu want to stop alerting for and the exact problem.

Another alternative is stopping the alert from going to the alerting profile, but I asume by your comment that you want to only filter during the mornings not allways.

yes, i just want to filter notification in the morning only, because they were a little disturbed by the unexpected load problem notification in the morning.
