Disable alerting for Builtin metric

Hi Team,

Is it possible to disable alerting for the Builtin metric of GC in Java, tech.jvm.memory.gc.suspensionTime?

If that is not possible, can we disable the metric itself, like not collect data for GC, only for Java processes?

You can disable or finetune the settings it in the anomaly detection settings. Either globally, on a host or for a host group. It's not a setting on the process/process group, but on the host.

Hi Vishnu,

You can disable the GC activity alerting from anomaly detection configurations in global settings or host setting, so you can do it globally or on specific host. Hope that helps.

I dont want to disable GC collection for all Technolgies, only want to do so for Java. I did refer to the high GC settings, but that wont work for my case.
