How to configure alerts from two mobile apps to Slack?

Hi everyone,

I’m working on configuring Dynatrace to send alerts specifically from two mobile applications directly to Slack. I have a few questions:

Should I first create a Management Zone for these two mobile apps?
What kind of rules should I define to make sure the Management Zone includes only those apps?
Once I have the zone, how do I set up the alert so that only events from those applications are sent to a specific Slack channel?

I’d really appreciate any guidance or examples you can share.

To complete the setup, please follow the steps below:

Create a Management Zone (MZ)
- Define a rule using Mobile apps (Application Entity) on Mobile apps
- Set the condition: Mobile app name equals (as shown in the attached image)
Create an Alert Profile
- Base it on the Management Zone you just created.
Set Up a Problem Notification
- Choose the notification type as Slack
- Enter the Slack Webhook URL in the URL field.
